Each Sunday we come to church to find our way in a confusing world. But our mission really begins when we leave through the doors of the church. Once we allow Christ to lead us, then we can help others find their way to him. There are so many opportunities to make a difference. We know many things compete for your attention. But we also know you’ll never really be happy until you begin serving others and putting your love to work. Take a look at a few of our ministries below and sign up to get more information.
Liturgy Support
Volunteers help make our Sunday services true celebrations. They proclaim scripture, distribute communion, greet people, take up the collection, lead the congregation in song, serve at the altar, decorate the church, and help the priest prepare. If you love the Mass, this is a great way for you to serve.
Hospitality, Social Groups and Small Faith Sharing Groups
Volunteers don aprons and serve up warm smiles treats and coffee on Sunday mornings after Mass, warmly welcome newcomers to the parish, and run a host of social and faith-sharing groups that bring people together at every stage of life.
Outreach and Vocation Ministries
Volunteers take the love of Christ beyond the borders of our parish. They visit the sick, bring the Gospel to young people in juvenile hall, proclaim the dignity of human life, feed the hungry, and assist the poor. Dedicated parishioners also spend time weekly in the Adoration chapel praying for vocations.
