- Does your child have an IEP or 504 plan at their school? We are happy to utilize any familiar learning supports.
- Are any family circumstances which may be relevant to your child's experience in Faith Formation class?

Any information shared will be kept confidential to your child's catechist and the Children's Faith Formation Coordinator.
